| How would The Loan Company fit into my portfolio? Several studies have shown that real estate has a low to moderate correlation with stocks and bonds. Therefore, this investment will enhance portfolio diversification by smoothing out portfolio returns that are often highly volatile. The Loan Company does not replace, nor should it replace, a well-diversified stock and bond portfolio. |
How are profits and losses allocated? Profits and losses in The Loan Company are allocated monthly to the Limited Partners based on their pro-rata share of capital. Profits may be distributed quarterly or be reinvested. Partners may withdraw their capital, without penalty, semi-annually, after three years. |
How can I become a Limited Partner? Offering and sale of partnership interests are not registered with any state or federal regulatory agency. An Offering Memorandum will be made available to investors deemed by the General Partner to have sufficient business or financial experience or to clients of independent financial advisors. |
