We are always looking for new relationships with investment advisors that are independent and believe when their clients are successful they are successful and not motivated by commissions and quotas.

The Loan Company is a fixed income investment secured by real estate with moderate risk at a reasonable return and has proven to be a great alternative investment for accredited investors diversifying their portfolio. We are flexible to accommodate various investment types:
