The Loan Company
For over three decades The Loan Company has been established on the foundation of solid partnerships of like-minded individuals interested in conservative, reliable investments governed by a philosophy of honesty, integrity, and accountability. We have also established long-standing relationships with many of our lending clients. That partnership has stood the test of time as many of the original partners remain part of The Loan Company today, with the principals being The Loan Company's largest investors.
Out of that partnership and base of lending clients, a network of individuals, families and business interests has formed, with common goals and values, and with a shared commitment to the region of San Diego County.
